Michael Rasmussen is an Experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the freight transportation industry. Skilled in M&A Negotiations, Start-up Management, Strong Entrepreneurship, P&L focused, degree in International Business Administration.

Mrs. Catherine Borisyuck has over 28 years of experience in international project freight forwarding starting in Moscow, Russia in 1990 followed by 10 years in Los Angeles, CA and currently in Calgary AB since 2005. She has expertise in multimillion-dollar freight budget negotiations and global logistics for turnkey projects and plant relocations. She has hands on experience in arranging transportation of oversized, heavy lift, break bulk and Ro–Ro cargo by air or ocean charter, barge, rail or truck. She holds a Master’s Degree in English Language from Moscow State Linguistic University, Moscow Russia; Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management administration. She is bilingual - English and Russian.

Joel has over 23 years of experience in freight forwarding, starting as a graduate in New Zealand and learning the industry from the ground up before moving to the United Kingdom in 2003. He has worked in half a dozen countries with clients predominantly in the Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Agricultural Equipment and Mining sectors. Very hands-on and solution-oriented, Joel also enjoys training the next generation, his relaxed NZ approach helping to navigate what can be a jargon-filled industry.
Joel joined Rohde & Liesenfeld in 2019, following his move to Vancouver.
